The process begins with direct engagement. Lisa joins the team in a live setting and listens closely. Insight emerges through interaction: what’s said, what’s avoided, and how people relate in real time.
Co-create the approach.
Lisa draws on her expertise and a broad set of frameworks, including the Enneagram, HBDI, Five Lens, and CTT to create experiences that are relevant and rooted in lived dynamics.

We integrate personal reflection with team dialogue because lasting change lives in both. Sessions typically include a combination of interactive workshops and one-on-one coaching.
